Senior Accounting Position Overview

A senior accounting professional with a background in textiles is urgently required. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting skills and have at least 10 years of experience.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Manage payroll and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Coordinate with hospital managers to maintain up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Ensure timely registration and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
  • Lead GST accounting and auditing teams to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement management information systems (MIS) to provide insightful financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, analyzing trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee vendor payment accounting and negotiate contracts for cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct daily management reports and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage TDS deductions and submissions accurately and on time.
