Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance and accounts operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the General Ledger, reconciliations, taxation, and audit support under the supervision of the Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
- CA Inter / Postgraduate in Commerce (M. Com) from a recognized university;
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with accounting & reporting tools is preferred;
- Basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation rules;
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the Manufacturing Industry;
Working Schedule:
- Ability to work flexible hours during the day and weekends as required.
