Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in financial operations, responsible for managing day-to-day activities including invoice processing, vendor mailbox management, and reporting. The successful candidate will be expected to review Vendor Reconciliation and perform AP quality checks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs. They will also be responsible for performing quality checks on deliverables before sending them to clients and developing AP processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.

Month-End and Year-End Activities:

The selected candidate will participate in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable. They will reconcile accounts payable balances, resolve outstanding issues, and assist in preparing necessary financial reports. Collaboration with the General Ledger team will be essential to ensure accurate posting and reporting of accounts payable transactions.

Reconciling vendor statements, GIRIR clearing, and debit balances will be a key responsibility. Managing multiple partners, including both internal and external, will require strong leadership skills. Supervising and guiding the team in daily activities as a team leader will be crucial to their success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in an MNC or Large Organisation, with earlier experience in AP - India & global environment. Proficiency in Accounting Software - SAP or Others, and Concur & Corporate Credit card Programme will be essential. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) are a must.
