
Senior Bid Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded professional to join our team in India during a period of growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to contract award.
The role requires collaboration with:
- Pre-sales teams
- Evaluating offers and project references for readiness
- Anticipating major RFI/RFPs and associated risks
- Supporting coordination and defining action plans for major RFI/RFPs
- Contributing to new business strategy and development
- Preparing documents required for bids
- Bid management and quality control
- Supporting the use of CRM tools during the bid process
- Qualifying businesses and strategies to answer RFI/RFPs
- Organizing and attending Go/NoGo meetings
- Ensuring group offers are optimized and maximize value
- Coordinating bid teams (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners)
- Reviewing offer quality and financial forms prior to review
- Storing information on CRM tools
- Attending offer reviews
- Performing lessons learned analysis
- Analyzing bid risks and alerting stakeholders as required
- Transversal activities and capitalization
- Issuing KPIs and data accuracy checks
- Reporting to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head
- Maintaining adherence to the bid process and alerting non-compliance
- Analyzing bid process maturity by Business Unit and defining action plans
- Performing win/lose analysis for each semester
- Captitalizing best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate and reuse
- Explaining and enforcing the BID process, method, and tools
