Support Role Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Support Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

This position involves interacting with customers via chat, calls, and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and providing excellent support services.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to address recurring issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Communication preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (app or tech industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
