High-Performing Marketing Strategist
We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth strategy and drive scalable results across multiple channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to fuel our mission.
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop data-driven campaigns on Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks to drive growth and scale.
- Campaign Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, using tools like MMPs for funnel & attribution mastery.
- Funnel & Attribution Mastery: Build and analyze dashboards to track install, activation, subscription, and retention, using insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Run A/B & multivariate tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and pricing, reducing CAC and improving ROAS.
- Retention Marketing: Execute email, push, and in-app campaigns to boost engagement, reactivations, and upsells.
- Ad Spend Management: Optimize budgets across paid channels for efficient spend allocation, ensuring maximum impact.
- Creative Experimentation: Collaborate with design and content teams to craft performance-first creatives that drive conversions.
- SEO & Paid Synergy: Work closely with the content/SEO team to harmonize paid and organic strategies, driving consistent growth.
- Advanced Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage audience insights, lookalikes, RLSAs, and behavioral cohorts for precise targeting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Create real-time dashboards to communicate performance, insights, and growth, enabling informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in consumer tech/D2C/applications.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube), and analytics tools.
- Strong command over CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Track record of scaling monthly active users and reducing CAC by at least 20-30% through data-driven optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets, SQL basics, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent storytelling skills to translate numbers into growth strategies for leadership.
- A growth hacker mindset: experimental, scrappy, and willing to test 100 things to find 1 big win.
