Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge of business process optimization, supply chain management, and logistics
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience in ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defense technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
