About the RoleThis freelance position involves creating localized subtitles in Punjabi for video contents in English and performing quality control on those subtitles.
The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native level of proficiency in both English and Punjabi, with excellent written and spoken skills.
A strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation are essential, as well as previous experience in translation or proofreading.
Additional qualifications include a positive attitude, proactive spirit, result-driven mindset, and ability to work efficiently within limited time constraints.
Requirements- Native or Native-like level of proficiency in English and Punjabi
- Excellent written and spoken English and Punjabi skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Previous experience in translation or proofreading preferred
- Positive attitude and proactive spirit
- Result-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
The estimated salary for this role is $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
