The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Freelance English to Urdu Subtitle Translator and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have native or near-native level proficiency in English and Urdu with a good command of both colloquial and written English and Urdu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create localized subtitles in Urdu for video contents in English
- Perform quality control on localized subtitles in Urdu for video contents in English
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native or Native-like level of proficiency in English and Urdu with a good command of both colloquial and written English and Urdu.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
- Previous experience in translation or proofreading is preferred.
- A positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
This freelance position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
