Job Summary:

A successful Manager will be responsible for driving dealership performance, developing operational capabilities and enhancing systems & processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to monitor service targets, identify gaps and recommend new dealer initiatives.

The Manager will also promote the sales of genuine parts and oil, provide technical support and guide dealers in achieving customer retention targets and overall dealership profitability.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team and make informed decisions on warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and monitoring the achievement of service targets
  • Executing expansion activities within the primary and secondary service network
  • Identifying service gaps and recommending new dealer initiatives
  • Promoting referral sales and providing technical support
  • Guiding dealers in achieving customer retention targets and overall dealership profitability
  • Providing guidance to dealers in monitoring and handling their networks
  • Identifying training requirements and organizing training for dealership staff
  • Gathering and disseminating market intelligence
  • Coordinating with dealers in recruitment for workshops
  • Executing projects as determined by senior management.

The Manager will also ensure adherence to company service standards, take decisions on warranty claims, enhance customer satisfaction levels and coordinate with the technical support team for prompt resolution of customer complaints.
