About the RoleAs a key performer in retail growth, you will be tasked with identifying and addressing cross-functional business challenges. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and on-ground execution.">Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Diagnose store performance issues, prioritize areas for improvement, and develop ROI-based frameworks to drive growth.
  • Initiative Development: Conceptualize and pilot new growth initiatives, including assortment changes, local marketing, and loyalty programs.
  • Execution Leadership: Collaborate with area managers, store promoters, and ops teams to implement growth strategies and create SOPs for consistent adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with central merchandising, marketing, tech, and training teams to build alignment and drive outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards and conduct weekly reviews to track impact and codify learnings into scalable playbooks.
Requirements
  • Strong background in analytics and structured thinking (Excel expertise required; SQL skills preferred).
  • Bias for execution: ability to balance spreadsheet work with on-ground store experience.
  • Hunger to solve real problems and drive growth.
  • Keen interest in working on ground in small towns.
