The role of an Associate is critical in driving our team's overall output. As an Associate, you will play a key role in developing pricing products and generating insights for related IP/tools.

You will work under the guidance of a Project Leader or Manager, preparing presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and train a team of analysts across various efforts.
  • Develop the next set of specialists in pricing and analytics.
  • Take responsibility for assigned work streams and ensure zero-defect analysis across those workstreams.
  • Brainstorm with the Project Leader on various aspects of project or IP work.
  • Help drive conversations through analytics, including building dashboards and story-lining deliverables.
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers.

Qualifications:

  • A strong academic record and relevant work experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting.
  • Prior experience with data analytics is important.
  • Proficiency and experience in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau) will be preferred.
  • Candidates should possess good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills.
