Pricing Specialist

Drive business growth through effective pricing strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global and local price lists in SAP/CPQ, ensuring accuracy and seamless sales tool integration.
  • Design and execute pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, market positioning, and competitive landscapes.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide timely and expert pricing support for non-standard requests, customer-specific agreements, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop pricing strategies for new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver actionable pricing reports and KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to stakeholders.
  • Train cross-functional teams on pricing processes and concepts, fostering a culture of pricing excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the pump industry or similar sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields; Master's is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English required.
  • Able to work independently in a global, dynamic environment.
