About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's people strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment, encourage open communication, and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to reduce employee turnover.
  • Performance Management:
    • Lead the performance management process, including setting OKRs, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent application of performance appraisal systems.
    • Design and implement refresher programs, including training and support.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
    • Ensure that all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
    • Regularly update HR policies and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and business changes.
    • Oversee workplace health, safety, and wellness programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, raises, and bonus structures.
    • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
    • Partner with external providers to offer competitive benefits packages.
  • HR Reporting & Metrics:
    • Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., employee turnover rates, satisfaction surveys, and absenteeism) to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare reports for management on key HR metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Legal & Risk Management:
    • Manage workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and other employee concerns.
    • Address and resolve legal issues pertaining to employee relations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Onboarding:
    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
    • Coordinate with department heads to ensure new hires receive necessary training, resources, and introductions.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Offboarding:
    • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure final paychecks and benefits are processed appropriately.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including the issuance of termination paperwork and any post-employment agreements.
  • Managing HR Teams:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR executives, ensuring they meet individual and team goals.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to HR executives while providing support and guidance.
    • Provide coaching and problem-solving assistance to HR executives on complex employee relations or policy issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR management experience, with a proven track record of managing HR teams and leading HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, onboarding/offboarding processes, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
