Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee our production teams and drive business growth.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to source high-quality raw materials.
  • Lead site-level production teams to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets.
  • Suggest innovative go-to-market strategies for sales and implement value-added services for customers.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize the production process and improve product quality.
  • Establish a robust market presence for our products and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage factory compliance and financial performance.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plastic waste aggregation, segregation, QA, and QC.
  • Continuously improve SOPs to enhance performance using lean manufacturing principles and six sigma design processes.
  • Identify and implement key projects and kaizens to increase productivity and hit targets.
  • Ensure timely project implementation and adherence to approved budgets.
Reporting and Documentation

Provide regular, concise, and accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.

Standardize machine inspection check sheets, pre-dispatch check sheets, and operation check sheets at site level.

Ensure segregation is carried out according to required quality standards.

General Responsibilities:

Exhibit professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritization of workload skills.

Adhere to Plastics For Change policies, SOPs, and protocols across all company levels.

Maintain strict data confidentiality and security.

Will travel frequently across site locations, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per project or company need.

Work closely with the Plastics For Change team and Partners.
