Job Brief
We are seeking a Data Clerk to update and maintain valuable company information on our databases and computer systems.
The ideal candidate has excellent data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. They will work closely with a team of data professionals and be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter data into databases within specified time limits
- Compile and verify accuracy of source data
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data processing techniques and procedures
- Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Office Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
