We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to spearhead and cultivate high-value client relationships in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are proposed.
- Lead strategic discussions at executive levels to develop innovative solutions and maintain product/service expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) and an MBA from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience selling IT services in the Indian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Desired Skills:
- In-depth understanding of IT services such as Application Development, IT Operations, and Cloud Solutions.
- A proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and closing complex deals.
