Travel Industry Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled travel industry professional to join our team as a Senior Business Manager.

This role will involve building our brand in the market, identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, ensuring platform adoption, and resolving queries for onboarded travel agents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business partnerships to gain wallet/market share and ensure market growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Relationship Management: Connect and engage with travel agents, end-to-end account management, and driving sustainable performance of the region.
  • Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Grow net revenue in the market by developing business plans to achieve revenue goals, maintain rate competitiveness across multiple platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish partner relationships, train travel agent partners on our product, build MIS and market intelligence reports, preparing geography-wise and service-wise sales plans.
  • Negotiating: Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients, strategize to market our product in a better way.

Qualification and Experience:

  • A Master's degree from a reputed institute with 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
