Job Title

Identity Governance and Administration Specialist

This role involves working with application teams to onboard applications, understand their system, and explain the integration process and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application, coordinating and testing custom development required by the app team, and working with internal engineers to get the integration built as per governance best practices and application requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years' experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst, with expertise in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning, administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions, and experience on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications
  • Coordinating and assisting app teams in UAT
  • Maintaining and reporting accurate statuses for all applications being onboarded
  • Working with multiple application teams at the same time

Preferred Qualifications
