Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, develop and implement human resources policies aligned with company objectives, and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes efficiently
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support management in workforce planning and performance management
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs
  • Ensure HR operations run smoothly with confidentiality and integrity
  • Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
