Senior Acquisitions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Acquisitions Manager to lead our property acquisitions efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, negotiating deals, conducting due diligence, and managing relationships with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, market analysis, and strategic planning. They will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, legal procedures, and financing options.

Responsibilities:
  1. Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement our company's real estate purchasing strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  2. Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential property investment opportunities, considering factors such as location, market trends, and financial viability.
  3. Negotiation and Due Diligence: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and prices, conduct thorough due diligence, and manage relationships with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or related roles, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience.
  3. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, legal procedures, and financing options.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Commercial Transactions: Experience with commercial property transactions, including market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence.
  2. Local Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations, as well as compliance requirements.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
