Senior Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals, as well as overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR technology management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition and selection processes
- Address employee grievances and manage performance
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee employee training programs
- Ensure effective use of HR software and systems
- Utilize HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading HR functions
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
