Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job structures, including updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to support organizational staff.
  • Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs.
  • Manage pay plans by conducting periodic pay surveys and recommending pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
