Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other professional networks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions, collaborating with managers to identify recruitment needs, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for preparing recruitment materials and keeping up-to-date with the latest recruitment techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
