About this role

We're looking for an experienced professional to support our organization's human resources function.

This includes providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives, maintaining and enhancing our HR policies and practices, and partnering with the team to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new hires to contribute to our organization's success
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving HR excellence
  • Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills, with a focus on improving our organization's employer brand
  • Demonstrated expertise in training and developing managers and employees to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and sound judgement, with a commitment to upholding our organization's values and ethics
