Job Description\Entities of the Role: The Senior Wealth Strategist is responsible for acquiring new high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth individuals as clients. This role involves positioning our company as a trusted wealth partner by engaging with clients, building relationships, and designing customized wealth strategies that align with their goals.\

The Senior Wealth Strategist must drive new client acquisition across various segments, conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and goals, pitch and onboard clients across different financial products, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Additionally, this role involves working with research and product development teams to position investment opportunities, conducting seminars/webinars, networking events, and referrals for lead generation, and ensuring CRM hygiene and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:\- Drive new client acquisition across HNI/UHNI/NRI segments.
\- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk appetite, and wealth aspirations.
\- Pitch and onboard clients across MFs, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Trading accounts.
\- Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
\- Work with Research & Product Development teams to position investment opportunities.
\- Conduct seminars/webinars, networking events, and referrals for lead generation.
\- Ensure CRM hygiene (Bitrix24) with updated client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
\- Adhere to compliance, documentation, and process standards.
\Desired Profile:\- MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent qualification.
\- 1-3 years of client acquisition/sales experience in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or BFSI domain.
\- Strong HNI network and business development skills.
\- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\- Entrepreneurial mindset with 10X growth orientation.
