Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for the management of business development within our organization. The successful candidate will be able to onboard travel agents efficiently, handle KYC document collection and completion, facilitate visa applications for clients, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard travel agents through calls and meetings.
- Assist with KYC document collection and completion.
- Facilitate visa applications for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travel agents and their clients.
- Prior experience in the travel industry (3-8 years).
- Familiarity with outbound tourism and travel agent operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or currently pursuing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
