Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their maintenance requirements, workflows, and challenges.

You will translate business needs into functional specifications, design and configure our Enterprise Asset Management system to meet business requirements, customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes.

You will analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with our Enterprise Asset Management capabilities. You will also implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

Your responsibilities will include designing and executing asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life, and asset retirement activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our Enterprise Asset Management system and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand maintenance requirements and workflows
  • Design and configure Enterprise Asset Management system to meet business requirements
  • Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning and work order management
  • Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements
  • Implement best practices for preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Design and execute asset hierarchy and asset analytics
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects. You must have experience in implementing at least three End-to-End Implementation Projects and one SaaS Implementation. Additionally, you should have minimum one EAM Migration Project under your belt.

You should have hands-on experience working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems. A strong background in designing Flex Business Rules is essential, and experience in Extensibility Framework-based custom development is a plus.
