Senior Asset Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Professional to join our asset management team. This role requires 6+ years of experience in asset management and analysis.

  • Financial Acumen: Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools is essential for this role.
  • Accounting Expertise: Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Strategic Insight: Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements.
  • Results-Focused Approach: Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Analytical Mindset: Actively questioning assumptions, seeking clarity, and working independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus.
