As a senior specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities.

You will help guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and underpin increased business performance.

Your key accountabilities include leading total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the business unit(s), developing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions, and driving increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.

You will also implement and embed total reward programmes, enhance total reward value as part of the EVP, and bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.

The skills you'll need to succeed include business partnering, analytical and problem-solving skills, change and project delivery, storytelling with data/business insights, communication, innovation, and excellence, leadership accountabilities, and experience as a customer champion, change agent, collaborative partner, and commercial thinker.

Mandatory experience includes being a respected total reward expert with at least 7 years' experience of leading effective change across all elements of total reward, deep technical total reward experience, agile trusted business partner, governance and risk management experience, and establishing strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business.
