">The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance across all properties. This involves developing and monitoring housekeeping procedures, conducting detailed snag lists, advising on process flows, and ensuring consistent brand compliance across locations.
This role entails collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to address maintenance issues identified during inspections. Furthermore, it involves reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping schedules from each unit to ensure efficiency and adherence to preventive maintenance plans.
A key responsibility of the Corporate Housekeeping Director is to provide operational support, training, and performance evaluations to enhance member and guest experience. Additionally, this role involves analyzing member and guest feedback related to housekeeping and initiating corrective measures.
To excel in this position, one must have proven expertise in managing housekeeping operations in luxury hotels or premium lifestyle clubs. Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential to influence and guide unit-level teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills across multiple properties, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in vendor management, including vendor negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization, is also crucial.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in housekeeping leadership within luxury hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- 8–12 years' experience in housekeeping leadership within luxury hospitality
- Multi-property or corporate-level experience preferred
