Job Role: Sales Manager - Personal Loan
Job Function: Retail Banking
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager - Personal Loan is responsible for driving customer acquisition, deepening relationships, and capitalizing on lifetime value to achieve organizational goals. The role entails direct customer interaction, explaining and selling banking products, and acting as a link between customers and the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire Personal Loan customers in the designated segment.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisitions by analyzing transaction banking needs.
- Feedback and Opportunities: Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs.
- Selling Norms and SOPs: Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Quality Sourcing: Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.
Education and Experience:
Education: Graduation: Any Graduation, Postgraduation: Any Post Graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
