Key Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver business transformation initiatives that result in measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging lean six sigma principles and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
  • Develop and implement reporting dashboards to track progress and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
