Job Title: Cloud Solution Strategist
\This role requires an individual to work closely with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities for cloud solutions in data centers, storage, and hyper-convergence.
\The selected candidate will be responsible for presenting solutions to customers, understanding their requirements, and successfully setting or modifying those requirements.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in developing solution blueprints, documenting them, collaborating with OEM presale personnel as needed, and preparing bills of material for engaged opportunities.
\They will also evaluate multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints, help the salesperson determine the appropriate solution approach, and manage solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
\Additionally, they will discuss success criteria for proof-of-concepts with the customer and sales team, conduct successful POCs on time, and conduct high-quality demonstrations of solutions wherever required.
\The selected individual will serve as a thought leader and knowledge expert in cloud solutions within the team, conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions with the sales and technical teams to keep everyone updated on the latest trends.
\They will create success stories of use cases handled during their work to share with all customers as a showcase of the team's capabilities.
