At F3415 FTAM (India) Pvt Ltd, Indore Branch, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transaction processing. Our dynamic team is responsible for handling phone calls, walk-ins, and commercial transactions, while also performing first-level NIGO checks and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial processing of investor applications at the branch, liaising with the back office, and generating reports.
  • Generating account statements, cross-checking, and handling calls for transaction clarifications.
  • Dispatching redemption, compensation payments, or rejection letters and other correspondence to investors and distributors within prescribed timelines.
  • Tallying of the time-stamping log book and attending department meetings.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in commerce, accounting, or finance with proficiency in English and numeracy.
  • PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products, with Excel and Word skills.
  • Administrative and time management skills, with ability to interact with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality, with model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls.
  • Previous branch/transactions processing experience and knowledge of Indian mutual funds and regulations.
