About the Role:

The Senior Property Advisor will be responsible for connecting with live customer leads, managing client queries and providing solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  1. Contacting live customer leads in a timely manner to discuss their property requirements and provide guidance on available options
  2. Managing client queries through email or phone call to ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
  4. Providing tailored solutions to customers based on their specific needs and preferences

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Senior Property Advisor, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in property sales, leasing or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
