About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in patent drafting, prosecution, and management to join our team.

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Patent Management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of patent law and technology, with a strong understanding of innovation and intellectual property rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • B.Tech degree in Computers, Electronics, or Information Technology, with a focus on electrical and electronics engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and develop creative solutions.
  • Mandatory skills in patent drafting and prosecution, including a strong understanding of specification writing.
  • Familiarity with patent laws and regulations, as well as international patent practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in patent drafting, prosecution, and management activities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential patentability issues and infringement risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the patent process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of patent-related activities with business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in patent law and technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
