Job Summary

A senior property analyst is needed to evaluate high-quality investment opportunities with precision and professionalism. This secure, full-time remote role involves reviewing deals, calculating returns on investments, checking refurbishment estimates, and making informed decisions about potential opportunities.

This role requires a detail-obsessed professional who can analyze residential and commercial property deals, review key documents such as floorplans, EPCs, comparables, and agent reports, and calculate key figures including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and gross development value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing property deals and providing written summaries with recommendations
  • Reviewing and maintaining deal analysis tools and spreadsheets
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of analysis and ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal reviewed
  • Updating deals in CRM systems accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, return on capital employed, gross development value, loan-to-value, etc.
  • Meticulous - you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity - you're careful because the numbers matter
