Regional Business LeaderThe Regional Business Leader is responsible for expanding market presence by acquiring new clients, developing dealer networks, and building strong relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs), enterprises, and project consultants in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage.
- Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Engage with MNCs, large enterprises, consultants, and project houses to position solutions.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, documents.
- Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management.
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries.
- Strong dealer/channel management background preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within region.
