Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment with a strong focus on business development and sales.\
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.\
