Social Media Manager Job Summary

Gracelands is a leading real estate developer seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, manage content creation and editing, and develop engaging campaigns to increase reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in social media management, excellent content creation skills, and strong English writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals, brainstorm creative campaigns to increase reach and engagement, and execute strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms, ensure all content reflects Gracelands' brand identity, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Copywriting & Communication: Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate and inform, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google, track performance metrics, and suggest optimizations.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management
  • Excellent content creation and editing skills
  • Strong English writing abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
