As a Senior Oracle Financial Planning and Analysis Professional, you will play a crucial role in defining requirements and designing Oracle EPM solutions that align with business objectives. This is a Techno-Functional position that requires strong leadership skills, deep subject matter expertise (SME), and hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an SME for Oracle EPBCS, leading design and implementation discussions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Take responsibility for technical and functional decisions across the team.

You will engage with multiple internal and external teams, contributing to critical project-level decisions. Your analysis of business requirements will lead to the design of robust application solutions. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
  • Overall 9+ years of experience in Oracle EPM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.

You should have led at least 4 implementation/support projects. Strong project management skills, including planning and stakeholder reporting, are essential. Excellent communication skills are also required, enabling you to write professional emails and handle client calls independently.
