Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional">

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines. They will also have hands-on experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Manage daily accounting entries, including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies.
  • Reconcile client ledgers, broker accounts, bank statements, and depository records.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, profit and loss, and balance sheet.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to the broking industry.
  • Support in audits (statutory, internal, and regulatory audits).
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for accounting-related queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for reporting and audit purposes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CA intern /CA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a stock broking / financial services company).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or broker-specific back-office software).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
