Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of products within a fashionable and commercial context.
  • Stay current on new product releases, competitors' market trends, and stock levels to provide regular updates and feedback to the product team.
  • Implement company-issued customer service standards and meet specific customer needs.
  • Enhance product display and store image by implementing and improving visual merchandising standards, analyzing and displaying products according to head office guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize furniture for store-specific displays, including hangers, benches, tables, etc.
  • Ensure accurate product delivery and replenishment procedures.
  • Lead and train a team of visual merchandisers to perform duties efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and teach security procedures to minimize inventory loss rates.
  • Maintain organized stock room procedures and stay updated on stock rotation using available tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of materials, fabrics, styles, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
