Product Lifecycle Management Trainer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Trainer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that support the development and implementation of our products.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PLM, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for crafting course content specifications, engaging lesson plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the latest product features.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting course content specifications and engaging lesson plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the latest product features
  • Delivering technical training tailored to the needs of our product development and engineering team members
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and content creators to enhance training materials
  • Delivering impactful, meaningful, and relevant instruction through a blend of classroom instruction, virtual training, workshops, hands-on sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes
  • Maintaining training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Working closely with Change Management, TCM, I2R, and other DT workstreams, and Organizational Learning and Development to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Science)
  • Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter PLM or similar lifecycle management tools
  • Strong grasp of high-tech R&D processes and engineering methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence at all levels
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development
