Global Physical Design Leader

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Physical Design to lead our global physical design organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and driving our Indian team of physical designers to deliver best-in-class methodologies and accelerate design time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive Indian team of physical designers to deliver
- PD of ASIC blocks on the FPGA (e.g., DDR PHY, configuration and security engines, interface wrappers around serdes PMAs, etc.)
- Best-in-class methodologies to accelerate design time and improve design quality
- Ensure Block level implementation from netlist to GDSII and handling timing closure of high frequency blocks
- Expertise in signoff closure - Timing with SI and OCV, Power, IR and physical
- Strive to constantly improve internal flows and methodologies
- Develop strong relationships with worldwide teams
- Mentor and develop a strong bench management
- Interface with stakeholders and business groups constantly
- Travel occasionally as needed
