Branch Manager Job Summary

The role of a Branch Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of a financial institution's operations. As a key decision-maker, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing team performance, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of professionals, recruiting, inducting, motivating, and retaining them to achieve organizational goals.
  • Operational Excellence: You will oversee the smooth functioning of the branch, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will assess individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Compliance: You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines, minimizing risks and maintaining a compliant environment.
  • Client Acquisition: You will identify new business opportunities, acquiring clients and collecting margins as expected.
  • Revenue Generation: You will generate revenue through various products, including broking and non-broking services, focusing on specific products if assigned.
  • Product Promotion: You will promote focus products, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.
  • Customer Service: You will maintain and service existing clientele, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of overall experience in a related role, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
  • Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Team Management: Proven track record of team management and handling in your current experience.
