About the Role:

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

They will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational performance, making recommendations for improvement.

In addition, they will coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include resource optimization, issue resolution, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Verbal English communications.
