  • Oversee all administrative and facility management operations, managing office space, maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.">
  • Coordinate administrative functions like office supplies, transportation, and employee support services.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and administrative needs.">

Responsibilities

">
  1. ">
  2. Oversee building maintenance, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, renovations, and upgrades.">
  3. Manage plant maintenance, ACMV, Fire, IBMS, MHE, utility services like electricity, pneumatic, water, WTP, STP, ETP, and gas.">
  4. Ensure regulatory compliance in above areas like TNPCB, PESO, CEIG, FIRE.">
  5. Manage contracts with external vendors for transport, cabs, security, canteen, pantry management, security, housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, and other facility services.">
  6. Take care of access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, laundry services, local tax payments, uniforms, petty cash.">
  7. Monitor facility usage and optimize space allocation.">
  8. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.">
  9. Respond to emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs.">

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.">

Requirements

  • Engineering or MBA degree or any relevant degree.">
  • Minimum 20-25 years of experience in facility management, administration, preferably from factory background.">
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.">
  • Proven experience in facility management and administrative operations.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.">
  • Knowledge of building maintenance practices and safety regulations.">
  • Ability to define and document standard operating procedures and processes.">
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
