
Senior Facility Operations Leader

- Oversee all administrative and facility management operations, managing office space, maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.">
- Coordinate administrative functions like office supplies, transportation, and employee support services.">
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and administrative needs.">
Responsibilities
">- ">
- Oversee building maintenance, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, renovations, and upgrades.">
- Manage plant maintenance, ACMV, Fire, IBMS, MHE, utility services like electricity, pneumatic, water, WTP, STP, ETP, and gas.">
- Ensure regulatory compliance in above areas like TNPCB, PESO, CEIG, FIRE.">
- Manage contracts with external vendors for transport, cabs, security, canteen, pantry management, security, housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, and other facility services.">
- Take care of access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, laundry services, local tax payments, uniforms, petty cash.">
- Monitor facility usage and optimize space allocation.">
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.">
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs.">
Administrative Services

- Coordinate employee onboarding and relocation processes.">
- Oversee office operations, including mailroom, reception, and IT support.">
- Manage company vehicle fleet and transportation arrangements.">
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.">
Budgeting and Cost Control

- Develop and manage the facility management budget.">
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize costs.">
- Monitor expenses related to facility operations and administrative services.">
Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise a team of facility management staff, including maintenance technicians and contract laborers.">
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.">
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.">
Requirements

- Engineering or MBA degree or any relevant degree.">
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in facility management, administration, preferably from factory background.">
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.">
- Proven experience in facility management and administrative operations.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.">
- Knowledge of building maintenance practices and safety regulations.">
- Ability to define and document standard operating procedures and processes.">
- Proficiency in contract negotiation.">
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
