Facilities Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a seasoned facilities professional who can lead daily property operations with ease. As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client activities, implementing building procedures and performance measures, and promoting best practices to enhance on-site operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading daily property operations, including managing client activities, implementing building procedures and performance measures, and promoting best practices.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients by proactively ensuring their expectations are met and serving as the main point of contact for any facilities-related concerns.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and deliver quality work practices according to contract specifications.
  • Supporting team growth and development through training and coaching sessions, upholding a culture that thrives on collaboration, cooperation, and performance excellence.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in finance management, with experience in budgeting, accounting, and financial operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
